You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a practical, hands-on approach to leadership. You have a genuine passion for developing people, building strong team cultures and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:

- Leadership strength: Proven ability to mentor, develop and empower teams, build positive workplace cultures and drive high performance while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communicator: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Commercial acumen: Sound financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, with the discipline and focus to deliver results.
- Tech savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM and quoting systems (e.g. V6).
- Customer focus: A passion for delivering quality outcomes and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Safety mindset: Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards and a commitment to creating a safe workplace.
