We host curated selection of premium weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations—each defined by exceptional food, warm service, and an unparalleled location.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Events On-Day Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering these moments.
The Role
This is a hands-on, service-driven position focused on the seamless execution of events.
Working alongside our Events Manager, you will take ownership of event delivery on the day, ensuring every detail is executed with precision, professionalism, and care.
From beachfront ceremonies to refined receptions, you will act as the central point of coordination, confidently managing timelines, stakeholders, and service flow.
There is a possibility of part-time or casual work arrangements.
What You’ll Do
Lead the on-the-day coordination of weddings and events
Manage event timelines from set-up through to pack-down
Act as the key contact for clients, guests, and suppliers
Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams
Ensure all styling and set-up aligns with client expectations
Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
Who You Are
You are a motivated hospitality professional with a genuine passion for events and guest experience.
You bring a calm, confident presence and thrive in environments where no two days are the same.
You will have
At least 2 years’ experience in event coordination or similar
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for food, wine, and premium hospitality
The ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve in real time
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
