Details: The Information Access Team within the City and Environment Directorate (CED) coordinates responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) applications, Open Access disclosures, Standing Order 213A requests, and Executive Document Releases.
The team is seeking to fill a permanent full-time Information Access Officer position at the ASO5 level. As an Information Access Officer, you will join an experienced, collaborative, and dynamic team responsible for delivering timely and high-quality responses to information access requests.
In this role, you will process FOI applications and other information access requests under general direction, while supporting CED business areas and delegated Information Officers to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, statutory processes, and timeframes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in information access, administrative decision-making, records management, or a related field.
