Support Coordinator (Neuro-affirming Practice)
Salary: $85,000 – $94,000 + Super & Allowances (SCHADS Level 3–4)
Location: Northgate, QLD (2 days WFH)

The Opportunity & Progression
We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to manage a varied caseload with autonomy. We value growth and independent practice:
- Initial Phase: Start at SCHADS Level 3 during your 6-month onboarding/probation while receiving intensive mentoring and direction.
- Advancement: Upon successful transition to independent caseload management (at or before 6 months), you will be reclassified to SCHADS Level 4.1 to reflect your autonomy and expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate: Help participants interpret plans and connect with formal/informal supports.
- Problem Solve: Anticipate barriers and respond with practical, neuro-affirming solutions.
- Report: Prepare evidence-based reports that stand up to NDIA review.
- Balance: Maintain an 80% billable target (once onboarded) while upholding high ethical standards.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years in NDIS Support Coordination (or equivalent, case management experience in disability services and community service roles is considered acceptable equivalent experience).
- Deep understanding of ASD and/or psychosocial disability.
- Exceptional report-writing skills (evidence-based and outcome-focused).
- Ability to work independently and meet billable expectations.
- Current QLD Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, and Blue Card, or ability to obtain them.
- Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required.
