What will you be doing?
As a Mobile Tyre Technician at RAC WA, your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting on-site tyre fitting, repairs, and replacements at customer locations.
Performing tyre checks and inspections to assess tread depth, pressure, and overall condition.
Assisting customers with tyre-related queries, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Maintaining accurate records of services provided and updating our database accordingly.
Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
What are we looking for in you?
Technical Expertise: Previous experience as a Tyre Technician or in a similar automotive role is desirable.
Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology or an equivalent is desirable
A Motor Vehicle Repairer's Certificate (TFL) desirable.
Customer-Centric Approach: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for someone who can handle customer interactions with empathy, understanding, and a smile.
Problem-Solving Skills: Diagnosing tyre-related issues and finding effective solutions will be part of your daily routine. Resourcefulness and attention to detail are key.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a must, as you'll be driving our well-equipped service vehicle to reach our customers.
