Supporting Lives Disability Services is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Disability & Aged Care Support Workers to join our growing team across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Domestic assistance and light cleaning
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and achieve their goals
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle preferred
- Police Check
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, respectful and compassionate
- Previous disability or aged care experience preferred
Employment Type: Casual
