Maxlife Care is a provider of premium disability and aged care services, led by a team of dedicated doctors. We are driven by our shared purpose to provide the highest standard of quality social and clinical care, supporting our participants to live their best lives.

Our values are being and belonging, quality, integrity, innovation, empathy and diversity are at the heart of every decision we make as a team.
Our client is a lovely older lady living with severe intellectual disability. She is warm and easy to get along with when supported by calm, familiar staff who take the time to understand her routine. She is physically mobile with a 4-wheeled walker and can transfer independently, but she requires prompting, supervision and hands-on assistance across almost every part of her day, including personal care, meal preparation, medication, cleaning and community access.
She does best with consistent, patient support workers who use simple, single-step instructions, gentle redirection, and visual cues. Falls prevention, healthy meal encouragement, and dignified support with hygiene will be central to the role.
