This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue working with patients while helping create an environment where both our team and our patients feel supported.
What your day might look like
No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

Lead the daily operations of the practice while supporting the team.

Provide premium optical dispensing and personalised frame styling.

Coordinate workflow to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Manage stock presentation, merchandising and frame selection.
-
Support business improvements and contribute ideas for practice growth.

Work closely with our Optometrists to deliver outstanding patient care.
Who we're looking for
You'll be someone who:

Has previous optical dispensing experience.

Has leadership experience or is ready to step into their first leadership role.
