We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our clinics across several sites. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient care and team wellbeing.
The Role
As the Practice Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinics. You will be the central point of coordination for clinical and administrative teams, working closely with doctors, nurses, and reception staff to uphold the highest standards of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support staff across all sites to foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact to post-treatment follow-up
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, rosters, workflows, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across all locations
- Liaise with clinical directors and stakeholders to support growth and continuous service development
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report on operational performance
- Champion a culture of respect, empathy, and clinical excellence
About You
You are a motivated and compassionate leader with a strong background in healthcare or practice management. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about making a difference—for both patients and staff.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role (multi-site management desirable)
- Strong understanding of patient-centric care and healthcare operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance, recruitment, and training
- Familiarity with Medicare, billing processes, and medical software systems (e.g., Best Practice, & Hot Docs)
- Ability to travel between clinic locations as required
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
