As part of our Casual Pool, you'll be confident working across a variety of clinical areas, quickly building rapport with patients and teams, and maintaining professionalism, flexibility and strong clinical standards in every shift.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and workload management skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
- Flexible, adaptable and confident working across different wards, specialties and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver effective clinical handovers and documentation.
- Professional, reliable and accountable, with a strong understanding of Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards, clinical governance and ethical nursing practice.
- Dependable, resourceful and calm under pressure, with a collaborative approach, strong professional integrity and a genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care.
