This is a dream job for a Pastry chef/Baker wanting to take their skills to the next level and work with the very finest ingredients available.
Interested in working with exclusively organic, nutritious, wholegrains that are grown locally?
We’re looking for passionate bakers and pastry chefs who are versed in fresh-milled whole-wheat bread and pastry goods.
Our ideal candidate has professional experience in working with whole wheat and various heritage and ancient grains.
Must be methodical and willing to try new ideas, working to deliver products that are unique and varied.
Qualifications:
-Must be a team player and teacher at heart.
-Must be highly organised, methodical, efficient and reliable.
-Proven record of working with whole wheat baked goods.
-Experience with pastries, cakes and bread.
-Passionate, energetic and hungry to succeed.
