You'll help keep the property looking its absolute best by:

Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
- Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
- Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
- Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
- Inspecting rooms and public areas
- Monitoring productivity and workflow
- Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
- Handling guest requests and special requirements
- Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
- Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
- Supporting the team with daily operational issues
- Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
We're looking for someone who is: ✅ Reliable and organised ✅ Confident and ready to lead ✅ Detail-oriented ✅ A strong communicator ✅ Proud of their work ✅ Comfortable working rotating rosters, weekends and public holidays
Ideally, you'll have:

Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience
- Experience with room allocations
- Experience using Opera and HubOS
- Valid working rights in Australia
