About the role:
The Office Manager supports the efficient and effective operation of the Office of the CEO, Chief Commissioner and Head Office by providing high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to Senior Leaders.
The role acts as a central coordination point for executive administration, office operations, strategic projects, organisational priorities and key events. The Office Manager supports the CEO and Senior Leadership to coordinate information and actions, monitor agreed deliverables and facilitate effective collaboration across the organisation.
The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining efficient office systems, coordinating executive and organisational activities, supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives and key events, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of Head Office run smoothly.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in office management, executive support or a similar senior administrative role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting CEOs and senior executives.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating projects, organisational initiatives and key events.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills, including preparation of Board papers, reports and correspondence.
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate administration systems.
- Experience working within a not-for-profit, membership or volunteer-based organisation is desirable.
