About the Role:
We’re looking for strong Bar Attendants & Floor Staff to join the SANDS BAR team.
This is an opportunity for people who already know hospitality and understand what it takes to deliver great service when the venue is busy. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working across service and helping wherever you’re needed to keep things running smoothly.
We’re looking for people who have flexible availabilty, especially across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with additional weekday availability a big advantage. Bar experience will be particularly valued for weekday shifts.
Whether you’re strongest behind the bar, on the floor or comfortable doing a bit of everything, we want people who bring energy, personality and a genuine focus on the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, friendly and attentive service throughout every shift
- Take orders and confidently communicate menu and beverage options
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and to venue standards
- Provide polished food and beverage service across the floor
- Work closely with the wider team during busy periods
- Help create the welcoming, lively atmosphere Sands Bar is known for
About You:
You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and gets energy from working with people.
We’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel or similar venue
- A naturally bubbly, friendly and approachable personality
- Confidence working under pressure during busy service
- A reliable and team-focused approach
- Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday (weekday availability is highly regarded, particularly for bar staff)
- A valid NSW RSA
- Lives locally or within easy commuting distance of Brighton Le Sands (2216)
- Australian Work Rights (students are welcome to apply)
