FlameStop Australia is the largest manufacturer and wholesaler of fire protection products.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist us with our Wetherill Park branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.
For this position it would be highly desirable that you have a current Forklift Licence.
The role is a permanent fulltime position.
Duties Include:
- Leading the team
- Providing excellent customer service
- Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
- Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone
- Forklift operation
- Stock Organisation
- Inbound sales calls
- General administration tasks
- Face to face service for walk in trade customers
- General sales assistant duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office/warehouse
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Some previous sales and administration experience would give you a strong advantage over other applicants
- High attention to detail
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be integral to the branch performance. There is lot's of opportunity to grow within the business for the right candidate.
