Hands-On Assistant Store Manager – Donut King Raymond Terrace
We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team at Donut King Raymond Terrace.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the team, lead from the front, drive sales and deliver great customer service. You’ll be based onsite at Raymond Terrace daily, with ongoing support from our Area Manager.
With a new Donut King store opening in Raymond Terrace in early 2027, this is a great opportunity to grow with the business and progress into a Store Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the team
- Work hands-on across all areas of the store
- Drive sales, upselling and customer service
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and store standards
- Assist with rostering, stock control and team training
- Monitor KPIs and operational standards
- Support the Area Manager with daily operations
About You
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR
- Energetic, reliable and hands-on
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer focused with a positive attitude
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
