This is a Consultant opportunity in our Operations & Transformation team in Canberra, where you'll build your consulting capability while supporting meaningful public sector transformation work.
What will your typical day look like?
Working with government clients, you'll help solve operational and transformation challenges that affect how services are delivered and how organisations perform. That could mean supporting a business improvement program, contributing to service redesign, or helping a client respond to regulatory or policy change with practical recommendations.
Your work will combine analysis with action. From researching issues and interpreting data to shaping insights and developing materials for workshops or client discussions, you'll help turn complexity into clear, workable next steps that improve outcomes.
Along the way, you'll collaborate with experienced practitioners across strategy, design thinking, digital transformation and analytics. The variety of the work, the pace of consulting, and the exposure to important public sector problems will help you build strong foundations as you grow your career.
