Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical systems support and healthcare technology service activities
- Coordinate with technical teams, healthcare staff, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor system performance, service requests, issue resolution, and operational reports
- Support clinical software updates, workflow improvements, documentation, and user support
- Assist with data quality, system access, compliance procedures, and service standards
- Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for operational improvements
- Ensure technology services follow company policies, privacy requirements, and quality procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in clinical systems, healthcare technology, IT service delivery, digital health, or business systems support
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with healthcare providers, clinical software, service desks, or technology support teams is an advantage

Pay: $105,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
