Who we are looking for
As our Industrial Customer Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing our industrial customers, ensuring trade waste and water supply services are effectively managed and regulatory obligations are met. You'll also help shape the strategic management and reuse of biosolids, while ensuring accurate data supports sound decision-making and customer billing.
This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, customer relationships and environmental stewardship to help deliver safe, sustainable and reliable water services to our community. This is an ongoing full-time position based in Warrnambool, with a generous salary of $102,449 to $114,283 p.a. plus superannuation.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate scientific or engineering discipline or significant experience within a relevant field.
- Sound skills and knowledge in project delivery processes/project management.
- Analytical and investigative skills are required to enable the formulation and review of options.
- Proficiency in the ability to monitor, analyse and report on detailed water/wastewater quality inputs and impacts.
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
