Based in Rydalmere we are an established manufacturer and supplier of custom-made cable assemblies to local and overseas customers.
As a Process Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the daily operation of cable assembly and machinery. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols are crucial aspects of this role. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for meeting production schedules and maintaining a productive work environment.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Daily operation of cable assembly and machinery.
- Meet production schedules.
- Involves repetitive tasks and some lifting.
- Consistently work to a high standard and ensure quality of work is maintained.
- Adhere to safe operating procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:15am to 3:30pm on a 38 hour week.
- Able to start immediately.
Skills / Experience and Attributes:
- Experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and workmanship.
- Good eye sight and hand skills.
- Reliable transport to the workplace.
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to monitor quality control of own work.
- Good communication skills and good team work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn with a 'can-do' attitude .
