Female Support Worker (Casual) – Central Coast, NSW
About the Role

We are looking for professional, open-minded individuals who take pride in providing high-quality care. This role requires the ability to work independently while remaining deeply respectful of our NDIS participants' needs, both within their private homes and our Supported Independent Living (SIL) facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, and grooming.
- Community Engagement: Supporting participants to engage in community activities and achieve their personal goals.
- Independence: Working autonomously to provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes and documentation.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a recent National Police Check.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in the disability or aged care sector is essential.
- Transport: A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
