About the Role
As a Leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly – from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
- Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
- Day to day inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
- Train, develop and motivate a team.
- Manage KPI's
- Address customer feedback with professionalism and a smile, always aiming for satisfaction.
