In this role, you are walking into a marketing function that already performs, with a strong team, a proven framework, and real budget behind it. Your job is to push all of it further: new channels, new mediums, new audiences, and sharper performance, across more than 30 dealerships and one of the largest multi-brand portfolios in NSW.
About the role
Lead all of NSW marketing across a large portfolio of brands, dealerships, locations, and products. Based at our Warwick Farm head office, this is a state leadership role where your job is not to fix what works, but to take a high-performing team and an established playbook and find new ways to help them deliver.
You will also:
- Expand proven strategies into new channels, mediums, and approaches, reaching deeper into existing markets and speaking to new and broader audiences
- Lead a team that is already humming, and get even more out of it by backing fresh ideas and different ways of working
- Run high-volume, multi-brand campaign work across more than 30 NSW dealerships at once, at a pace that keeps the work genuinely interesting
- Own lead generation, conversion, and media investment across every digital channel, and sharpen the link between spend and sales outcomes
- Bring AI and new tools into the mix to lift efficiency, reporting, and performance
- Drive the calendar of campaigns, events, launches, activations, and partnerships across NSW
- Use data to find the next opportunity, prove the return, and keep pushing the boundary of what the function delivers
About you
You do not need an automotive background. You need to have led marketing at scale across many brands and locations, and to be the kind of marketer who is always hunting for the next angle rather than settling for what already works.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You bring extensive senior marketing experience, including a number of years leading and developing a team
- You have come up through a high-volume environment, whether that is agency life juggling multiple brands and briefs at once, multi-site retail, hospitality, or any large multi-brand business with a wide geographic footprint
- You have managed significant paid media budgets, comfortably into seven figures, and know how to make every dollar work harder
- You have a strong performance background and can point to real gains in lead quality, conversion, and ROI
- You move fast, bring fresh ideas, and get a real kick out of trying approaches others have not
- You can influence and manage senior stakeholders across a large, complex business
- You are tertiary qualified in marketing, business, or a related discipline, and hold a current driver licence
