About the role
The Administration Officer is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of quality services and responsible for delivering customer service in a professional, flexible and timely manner to achieve high quality customer focused outcomes.
Key duties of the role
Ensure the provision of a quality customer information and enquiry service to both internal and external clients
Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of services by providing a comprehensive administration support service
Provide an efficient and coordinated customer booking and records management system
Maintain accurate and secure electronic client records while supporting a positive and safe work environment.
Actively participate in quality and risk management activities that contribute to ongoing improvement of service
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated frontline customer service and administrative experience within a health service.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Demonstrated experience with electronic and hard-copy records, appointment bookings and data entry.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands, multitask and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, word processing and administrative systems.
