We're looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support clients across
Drysdale and the Bellarine Peninsula. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care, confident supporting people with complex needs, and want to work for an employer that truly values its people—we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role You'll provide person-centred support that empowers clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and disability support
- Manual handling (including hoists and mobility equipment)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry and meal preparation)
- Community access and transport (escorted and unescorted)
- Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Building meaningful relationships while supporting clients to achieve their individual goals
Shift Type: Inactive Sleepovers
What We're Looking
:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with complex care needs and behaviours of concern
- Hands-on manual handling experience, including hoists, slide sheets and other mobility equipment
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
