This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based, person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school, community and telehealth environments, while enjoying the flexibility of community-based work and working from home for non-client-facing tasks.
Our clinicians support participants across the Mid North Coast region, with travel planned around your location, manageable service areas and KM reimbursement provided.
You’ll be supported by a connected multidisciplinary team of clinicians across the region, with regular online collaboration, team connection and opportunities to come together.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
- Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals
- Develop functional, goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathways
- Deliver services across home, school, community and telehealth settings
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
