About the opportunity
Join a dynamic, high-performing Communications & Engagement team and help tell the stories behind some of NSW's most significant health infrastructure projects. In this diverse and rewarding role, you will provide strategic communications advice to business units across the organisation, develop and deliver impactful communication strategies and campaigns, and create engaging content for a range of audiences and channels.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help drive consistent and effective communication outcomes that support organisational priorities, change initiatives and reputation management. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, influence stakeholder engagement, and play a key role in continuously improving communication practices across Health Infrastructure while being part of a collaborative and supportive team culture.
This is a fixed term full-time opportunity until 25 October 2027. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, confidently managing competing priorities, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes. Proactive and solutions-focused, you can identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and develop creative approaches to maximise engagement and impact.
With strong relationship-building, influencing and collaboration skills, you’ll work effectively across a broad stakeholder landscape and confidently navigate complex, high-profile environments. You'll bring a sound understanding of communications best practice, a keen eye for emerging trends, issues and opportunities, and a curiosity-driven mindset that embraces new ideas and continuous improvement.
