Machine Operator – Warehouse Team Member
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Washbay Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality work, safety and keeping a busy warehouse running efficiently.
About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to safely and efficiently operate commercial washing machine, ensuring all products are thoroughly cleaned, maintained, stored and prepared to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial washing machines.
- Load and unload machines and ensure products are cleaned to company standards.
- Inspect, sort, clean, pack and store products correctly.
- Complete routine machine checks and report faults or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
- Follow company procedures, SOPs and safety requirements.
- Assist with stock control, loading trucks and general warehouse duties.
- Report damaged or faulty equipment.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider team.
About You
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift licence and experience desirable.
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
