About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support, including personal care and household assistance.
- Assist clients with community access, social participation, and recreational activities.
- Support clients with medication management as required.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
- Follow individual support plans and document client progress accurately.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Location: Aspley and Moreton Bay area.
Requirements
- PBSP knowledge
- Experience with working with people with Intellectual and physical disabilities
- Current drivers licence
- CPR and First Aid
- NDWS worker screening card
- Blue Card
- NDIS worker orientation Module
- Cert 3 in Disabilities
Hours and Availability
- Mornings
- Afternoons
- Inactive Sleepovers
- Weekends and Public Holidays
Pay: $43.23 – $77.81 per hour
Work Location: In person
