About Nokori (Nokori Organics Pty Ltd)
Nokori is an Australian healthcare and wellbeing business founded in Sydney in 2018. We develop products and resources designed to support people through the physical and emotional challenges associated with surgery and recovery.
Founded from first-hand experience in healthcare, Nokori brings together clinical knowledge, patient experience, product innovation and thoughtful design to make recovery simpler, clearer and more empowering. We have already supported tens of thousands of patients and are continuing to grow our impact across Australia and beyond.
As Nokori continues to grow its digital presence and e-commerce business, we are seeking an experienced Advertising Specialist to develop and coordinate advertising campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences and drive customer acquisition and sales across Nokori's digital channels.
About the Role
The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing and coordinating Nokori's advertising campaigns across digital and online platforms. Working closely with the founders and broader team, the role will translate Nokori's commercial objectives and brand positioning into targeted advertising strategies and campaigns.
The position will have a strong focus on digital advertising, campaign development, audience targeting, creative coordination, media placement, campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and organise advertising policies, strategies and campaigns that support Nokori's sales, customer acquisition and brand awareness objectives
- Develop advertising strategies to reach defined target audiences and effectively communicate the benefits, attributes and positioning of Nokori's products and services
- Research and analyse consumer behaviour, audience insights, market trends and advertising performance to identify opportunities for improved campaign targeting and effectiveness
- Develop and coordinate advertising campaigns with Nokori’s content team across digital platforms, including paid social media, search advertising, display advertising, email and other relevant online advertising channels
- Coordinate the production of advertising materials, including advertising copy, campaign concepts, imagery, video content, creative assets and digital media, working with internal team members and external creative providers where required
- Develop advertising briefs and coordinate external agencies, designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers and other suppliers involved in the production and delivery of advertising campaigns
- Coordinate media planning, scheduling, placement and implementation of advertising campaigns within agreed budgets, timelines and commercial objectives
- Monitor and evaluate advertising campaigns using relevant digital analytics and performance data, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to improve campaign reach, engagement, conversion and return on advertising expenditure
- Conduct ongoing testing and optimisation of advertising content, audiences, creative formats, messaging, landing pages and media placements to improve campaign performance and customer conversion
- Coordinate advertising activity with Nokori's website and Shopify e-commerce environment, ensuring advertising campaigns provide a consistent and conversion-focused customer journey from initial engagement through to purchase
- Work with the broader team to align advertising campaigns with product launches, promotional activity, customer acquisition initiatives and other commercial priorities
- Develop and run separate advertising approaches for Nokori’s two audiences — professional and clinical customers, and consumers purchasing directly — recognising the different messaging, channels and conversion paths each requires
- Maintain awareness of competitor advertising, industry developments, consumer trends and changes across digital advertising platforms to inform campaign strategy and execution
- Ensure advertising content and campaigns are consistent with Nokori's brand identity, clinical positioning and communication standards
- Ensure advertising activities comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection, healthcare-related and digital platform requirements, protecting Nokori's reputation and maintaining appropriate data and consent practices
- Prepare regular advertising performance reports and provide recommendations to the founders and management team regarding campaign effectiveness, advertising expenditure, audience opportunities and future campaign priorities
