About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the bar at our vibrant, high-end rooftop cocktail lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and inspire bar team
- Preparing and serving beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high service standards
- Supporting management team to ensure smooth daily operations and drive sales
- Following RSA and venue policies at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid NSW RSA Competency Card (Strictly mandatory)
- Previous experience as Bar Manager or Senior Bartender preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails communication and teamwork skills
- Cellar management skills highly regarded
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure
