Overview
At Gallagher Bassett, we help people move forward after workplace injury. As a Return to Work Specialist in our growing RTWSA team, you'll play a vital role in supporting injured workers through their recovery journey, helping them regain confidence, independence, and return to meaningful work and life.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating positive outcomes for people when they need support most.
How you'll make an impact
Working closely with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, allied health providers, and vocational specialists, you'll:

Guide and support injured workers through their recovery and return to work journey.

Facilitate regular face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

Develop and coordinate tailored return to work plans that support sustainable recovery.

Educate workers and employers on the return to work process, available supports, and legislative requirements.

Attend medical reviews and collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement early intervention strategies.

Partner with vocational providers and rehabilitation specialists to help injured workers achieve their recovery and return to work goals.

Monitor treatment and support strategies to ensure effective and sustainable outcomes.
About you
We're keen to hear from people who bring experience in:

Workers Compensation, Claims Management, Injury Management, or Return to Work.

Allied Health, Rehabilitation, Employment Services, Occupational Rehabilitation, or Job Placement.

Building strong relationships and influencing positive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Customer-focused environments where communication, empathy, and problem-solving are key.

Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
