About the role
As a Program Support Officer, you will play a central role in the effective administration and coordination of the training program, ensuring smooth delivery of regional operations and events. You provide dedicated and structured support to Medical Educators and Training Coordinators, enabling them to focus on delivering high‑quality training and meaningful engagement, while ensuring registrars and supervisors receive a consistently positive and professional experience.
As our Program Support Officer, you'll also:
- Consistently provide critical administrative support for training operations to enable training coordinators prioritise and strengthened stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinates program events effectively, managing logistics such as venue booking, catering, travel arrangements and material preparation to create smooth delivery and positive member experience.
- Accurately processes invoices and payments in line with financial policies and processes, ensuring timely and transparent transactions.
- Ensure RACGP GP Training stakeholders and members receive professional support in all interactions, providing a seamless service that supports efficient program delivery.
- Maintains accurate, accessible and well-document records of event plans, financial records and administrative processes, ensuring transparency, accountability and effective risk management across program delivery.
