Being in a business support role at Australia Post means helping our people deliver for every Australian. Just like our Posties, you’re still the people behind every parcel. Whatever your team or role, you’re helping grow our people, grow our business and making a lasting impact on the Australian community. You’ll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.
About the opportunity
Join Australia Post as a Commercial Program Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of some of our most significant transformation programs.
Working at the intersection of strategy, finance and delivery, you will lead the financial management of complex, multi-year programs, ensuring investment decisions, budgets, forecasts and benefits realisation are aligned to organisational priorities. You will oversee the commercial and financial performance of key third-party partners and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations, financial outcomes and delivery expectations are effectively managed. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll strengthen governance, provide commercial insight, and help ensure our programs deliver maximum value for Australia Post.
This is a great opportunity to influence how Australia Post invests in and delivers large-scale transformation initiatives, creating lasting enterprise value while shaping the success of critical business outcomes.
