- Strong experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency
- Proven experience recruiting within Retail (essential), with the ability to build talent pipelines in this market
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Experience using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and Microsoft applications
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality and candidate experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level communication skills, with a professional and engaging approach
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
