WE'RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED BARISTA/ALL-ROUNDER
We're looking for a Barista to join the Franky &Co crew.
We have been serving great coffee and excellent mornings for 6 years, and we are pretty proud of the place we have built along the way.
We are a busy, established cafe with a great team, a genuinely good culture and plenty of regulars who have become an integral part of Frankys
Now we are looking for a Barista to become part of it.
This isn't a stand-in-one-spot kind of gig. You might be smashing out excellent coffees one minute, running food the next, chatting to regulars, clearing tables or jumping in wherever the team needs you.
We are looking for someone who loves hospitality - the pace, the people, the banter and that organised chaos buzz of a good busy service.
What we are looking for:
Barista experience is ESSENTIAL
20+ hours per week
Weekend availability essential
Comfortable with a high volume of coffee orders
Confident, friendly and comfortable with customers
Someone who can move quickly and keep their cool when we're pumping
Reliable, switched-on, and happy to pitch in
Most importantly, someone who adds to the culture we've worked hard to create
