About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, implementation and reporting of media campaigns across a diverse mix of channels including TV, BVOD, Cinema, Radio, Audio Streaming, Out of Home, Print, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Online Video and Native advertising.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in media planning and buying while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting day-to-day client delivery activities accurately and timely

Building effective working relationships with media and creative agency partners

Support campaign activation in line with approved implementation plans and objectives

Assist with media bookings and execution across offline and digital channels

Manage material instructions, asset trafficking and delivery deadlines across channels

Support tracking, performance and competitive reporting

What you can bring

Degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media or a related field (preferred).

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous internship, administration or client service experience is advantageous but not essential.

Passion for media and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
