You'll work directly alongside an experienced Director & Auctioneer, receive hands-on training and mentorship, and become part of one of Melbourne's fastest-growing real estate brands.
This is a commission-only subcontractor position with no base salary or hourly rate. It's designed for someone who backs their own ability, wants flexibility and is motivated by the opportunity to earn directly from the business they generate.
If you've got the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a passion for sales, I'll teach you the rest.
Your Role
- Prospect for new business through door knocking, phone calls and database follow-up.
- Build genuine relationships with homeowners and buyers.
- Generate appraisal and listing opportunities.
- Represent the VICPROP brand with professionalism and confidence.
- Work closely alongside me to continually develop your prospecting, communication and sales skills.
About You
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Well-presented, professional and take pride in your personal appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, reliable and eager to learn.
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate is highly regarded. If you don't have one but you're the right person, I'll happily guide you through obtaining it.

There is no base salary or hourly wage attached to this role. Your income is generated through commission on successful opportunities you create. The more quality business you generate, the greater your earning potential.
