The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our Legal & Risk team to provide critical operational and administrative support to our in-house Legal and Insurance Team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will help ensure the effective management of legal and contract matters, insurance notifications and claims, governance processes and team operations.
The successful candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives on managing competing priorities, improving processes and delivering high-quality support to a diverse group of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across legal, governance, and insurance functions.
- Manage shared inboxes, contract execution processes, legal databases, registers, records, and documentation.
- Support legal document preparation, lease-related matters, supplier administration, and regulatory responses.
- Coordinate and support company secretarial activities, ASIC lodgements, statutory records, and other reporting.
- Manage insurance claims, notifications, renewals, and stakeholder enquiries while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
- Maintain claims registers, prepare reports and analytics, and support insurance compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, governance, and risk management outcomes.
About You
You are a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in legal administration, governance, insurance administration, company secretarial support, or a similar corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and document management skills.
- Experience maintaining records, registers, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external providers.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
