Pastarami Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to become a key part of the day-to-day running of the venue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take responsibility, use initiative and help run the venue without needing to be micromanaged.
The role
- Open and close the venue
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation
- Lead and support the FOH team
- Maintain high standards of service and guest experience
- Handle bookings, POS and daily operations
- Deal confidently with customers and solve problems
- Step in wherever needed during service — including jumping behind the bar and making cocktails
- Support the team and help create a positive workplace
- Identify problems, find solutions and keep the business moving
About you
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, confident and genuinely hands-on, I won’t be part of a growing business.
You should be comfortable leading a team, making decisions and taking ownership, but also be happy to jump in and do whatever is needed — whether that’s running the floor, serving, making cocktails or helping the team through a busy service.

Pay: $56,455.84 – $77,762.93 per year
