Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Scribble Mental Health’s NDIS and mental health services across the community.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
- Engage with the community to increase awareness of Scribble’s services and connect participants with the right supports.
- Create and manage digital marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Support business development activities, including identifying partnership opportunities and building professional networks within the NDIS sector.
- Assist with community events, expos, information sessions, and other outreach activities to promote Scribble Mental Health.
- Research market trends, community needs, and opportunities to support service growth.
- Prepare marketing reports, analyse engagement data, and provide insights to improve campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with Scribble’s values, services, and participant goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the NDIS sector, disability services, and the importance of person-centred support.
- Contribute positively to team culture and organisational growth.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong understanding of conflict of interest, ethics, and professional boundaries
Desired Criteria
- Bilingual or multilingual
- Experience working in the disability sector
- Skills in community engagement, networking, and business development.
- Qualifications or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Community Services, or related fields.
