We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our team, strengthen our operations and help drive the next stage of growth at Chronic Gains.
This role begins as a 20-hour per week position, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the business continues to expand.

We're a growing allied health clinic providing Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services. Our purpose is to empower people to rise, rebuild and reclaim their lives.

The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our team, driving operational excellence and helping grow the business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing our administration and clinical team.
- Driving team performance through KPIs, coaching and accountability.
- Managing discovery calls and converting new enquiries into long-term clients.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Improving systems, workflows and business processes.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Monitoring business performance and key clinic metrics.
- Leading operational projects that support business growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven leadership or practice management experience.
- Is KPI-driven and enjoys leading high-performing teams.
- Is confident with sales conversations and converting enquiries into clients.
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Is comfortable having difficult conversations and holding people accountable.
- Enjoys improving systems and helping businesses grow.
Experience in allied health, healthcare or another service-based business is highly regarded.
