We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a positive first impression for every client, visitor, and team member who walks through our doors.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for the firm, you will be central to the client experience—ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and efficient.
You’ll be trusted to keep the front-of-house running smoothly, while supporting the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients, visitors, and legal professionals with professionalism and care
- Managing and directing incoming calls efficiently
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and daily reception operations
- Ensuring the reception and client areas are consistently presentable
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier items
- Supporting general office administration as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house
- Strong communication skills and a naturally professional, friendly manner
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and pride in your work environment
- Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
