As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to help improve the way we work by reviewing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of more efficient and consistent ways of working across the organisation.
About the Role
Working closely with teams across Sales, Design, Installation, Customer Experience, Finance and Operations, you'll analyse current business processes, identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, consistency and business performance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, working with people across different departments and delivering meaningful operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes, workflows and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Meet with stakeholders across the business to understand current processes, gather business requirements, and identify operational challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and process review sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop process maps, workflow documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review existing business methods and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency,consistency and scalability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen and PDCA.
- Identify process bottlenecks, manual activities, and opportunities for workflow optimisation.
- Support optimisation of business workflows within Zoho CRM and other operational systems.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and the company Operations Manual.
- Monitor process performance, track KPIs and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving business operations and working collaboratively across different teams. You'll ideally have:
- Experience analysing and improving business processes.
- Experience developing SOPs, process documentation and workflow maps.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM or business management systems (Zoho experience will be highly regarded).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or PDCA.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full Australian work rights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Business or Management will be highly regarded.
