Julia’s Restaurant is a welcoming local dining venue in Doreen, VIC, offering friendly service, quality food and a relaxed atmosphere for our customers. We are looking for an experienced and friendly Front of House team member to join our team and help create a positive dining experience for every guest.
About the role:
● Greeting customers and welcoming them to Julia’s Restaurant
● Taking orders accurately and providing attentive customer service
● Explaining menu items and answering customer questions
● Serving food and drinks in a professional and timely manner
● Checking on customers throughout their meal
● Processing payments and assisting with bookings when required
● Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable front-of-house area
● Working closely with the kitchen and restaurant team
● Assisting with general restaurant duties when required.
About you:
● Previous hospitality or Front of House experience is essential
● A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable, punctual and well-presented
● Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced restaurant environment
● Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail
● Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
