Kent is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to support a major industrial construction project in Karratha, WA.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's most significant process plant developments, supporting the construction, installation, testing and progressive commissioning of a world-scale industrial facility in Karratha, WA.

Essential Requirements
Trade Cert - Boilermaker or Fabrication (Australian recognised)
Working at Heights
Confined Space
HRWL EWP - advantageous
Minimum 4 years post-trade experience within Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Chemical Processing, Power Generation or Process Plant construction environments.
Demonstrated experience with welded process piping, including butt-welded pipe joints and stick-built/field-fit piping systems
Full Australian Working Rights
Role Scope
Butt-welded pipe joints
Stick-built and field-fit piping
Working with carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy piping systems
Construction installation of welded process piping systems
Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to mining maintenance or mechanical/threaded piping systems are unlikely to be suitable, as this role requires demonstrated experience working with welded process piping systems.
What's on Offer
Immediate start, subject to a successful pre-employment check
FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Long-term project with 12+ months of ongoing work
20:8 roster, working 10 hr workdays plus an RDO on each swing
Penalty rates applicable outside ordinary hours, including utilities assistance allowance for local workers
Employer-funded redundancy contribution of $278 per week
