The City and Environment Directorate (CED) is looking for an experienced and innovative leader to drive organisational capability, leadership development and change across one of the ACT Government’s most diverse and dynamic directorates. CED brings together the people, services and systems that shape Canberra’s future, from city services and customer operations to planning, transport and the environment.
As Senior Director, Organisational Capability & Change, you will partner with executives to build leadership capability, strengthen workforce readiness and lead enterprise-wide change initiatives that deliver lasting impact. You will use workforce insights, contemporary learning approaches and strategic influence to help develop a capable, adaptable and high-performing workforce. Your agility in aligning skill development with operational requirements will be key to engaging our workforce.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in human resources, organisational development, change management methodologies or related discipline is desirable.

Sound knowledge of learning management systems.
