We are looking for a compassionate, customer-focused HELF Coordinator to join our growing Support Office team in NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with aged care admissions, sales, customer service, or resident engagement experience who is passionate about supporting older Australians and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager Client Services , you will play a key role in promoting, coordinating, and managing our Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services across our NSW communities. You'll work closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure residents can access services that support comfort, choice, and quality of life.
This role offers a mix of relationship building, customer engagement, administration, and travel to Aeralife homes throughout NSW.

About the Role
As the HELF Coordinator, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families regarding HELF services
- Support residents in understanding available service options and associated costs
- Facilitate compliant financial discussions and resident consultations
- Coordinate agreements, purchase orders, subscriptions, and service uptake
- Maintain accurate HELF registers and records
- Conduct annual and ad hoc service reviews
- Identify opportunities to increase resident engagement and uptake of services
- Build strong relationships with Residential Managers and care teams across NSW locations
- Travel to Aeralife homes to provide on-site support, education, and guidance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in aged care admissions, sales, customer service, resident engagement, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of aged care services and relevant legislation
- Knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) funding model
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A warm, empathetic, and professional approach when working with residents and families
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Willingness to travel throughout NSW
