About the role:
As a Service Technician / Auto-Electrician, you will:

Diagnose, repair and maintain agricultural and construction machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic faults
-
Utilise manufacturer diagnostic software and specialist testing equipment
-
Complete servicing, preventative maintenance and machinery overhauls
-
Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
-
Install and repair wiring, sensors, lighting and machine control systems
-
Accurately complete job cards, service reports and supporting documentation

Work safely and comply with all health and safety requirements

Deliver professional service that minimises downtime for customers
About you:

Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering, Diesel Mechanics, Automotive Electrical Technology or similar

Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery, agricultural, construction, forestry or transport equipment
-
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals

Experience using diagnostic software and electronic testing equipment

Understanding of electronic control systems and CANBUS diagnostics is highly regarded

Current driver's licence

Strong customer service and communication skills
