We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in a part-time (0.4FTE), permanent role based at Country Club Tasmania, Prospect Vale, Launceston.
What you’ll be doing each day:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Federal Hospitality, you'll be a trusted support to proactively support Managers by providing information, advice and training in practical scheduling applications, tools and reporting.
- Train, mentor and advise business unit managers on appropriate and effective scheduling solutions and reporting for their areas of responsibility;
Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for Country Club Tasmania or Wrest Point regarding the Labour Management System. This includes, working with relevant stakeholders at Country Club Tasmania or Wrest Point and the Federal Group more broadly, to optimise the scheduling system and configuration and ensure it is fit for purpose.

Knowledge, understanding and experience in trend analysis, root cause analysis, reporting and continuous improvement approaches
